As a Tender Engineer you will play a key role in the preparation and submission of our innovative proposals. You will be part of an international, multidisciplinary team of 6 to 15 members, supported and coached by an experienced Desk or Tender Manager. As a member of the Tender Department, you will be allocated to one or several tender teams and will report for each tender to the Tender Manager. In this position you will collaborate with different parties and you will be the first link to our bright future. At the moment, we are looking for new colleagues for the Cable Installation department.
Are you a recent graduate with a strong interest in safety and environmental protection?
Do you believe that safe and sustainable operations are the foundation of every successful project?
At DEME, safety and care for the environment go hand in hand. Through our QHSE Engineer Traineeship, you will help embed both into everything we do, across all our projects worldwide.
This traineeship is ideal for graduates who want to build a career at the intersection of safety, environment and engineering, and who are eager to grow into a well-rounded QHSE professional.
As a Fleet Improvement Engineer within our Fleet Center of Excellence, you will play a pivotal role as an analyst in transforming operational insights from our fleet of vessels into tangible improvements. Your mission is to analyze needs related to data, processes, and organizational workflows, and identify opportunities for optimization and innovation. You will bridge the gap between operational and technical learnings from our fleet organization and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring that enhancements are embedded in systems, applications, reports, procedures, and business processes.
Are you ready to tackle complex engineering challenges and contribute to the development of our next-generation vessels and mission equipment? As a Electrical & Automation Engineer at DEME, you’ll operate both broadly and deeply: involved in multidisciplinary designs while diving into specialized technical topics. You’ll work closely with internal teams across the business, ensuring seamless integration of systems and equipment used in our own fleet of vessels. Expect a high-paced, high-pressure environment where your engineering expertise will be crucial during concept & basic design phase of newbuild and conversion projects. This is not a management role - it's a hands-on technical position focused on delivering high-quality, compliant and innovative engineering solutions for complex projects.
At DEME Offshore, our geotechnical team applies geotechnics to make complex offshore installation work safe, efficient and certifiable. From tender to offshore execution, you’ll help shape jack up leg penetration & preloading strategies and derisk foundation installation. You’ll collaborate closely with tender, project and vessel teams, turning soil data into practical, reliable engineering decisions that keep our projects moving — safely and on budget.
As a Geotechnical Engineer, you will focus on a wide variety of challenges supporting our cable installation business unit on offshore windfarms. Your challenges will extend from multi-disciplinary cable route engineering to cable burial studies and managing complex soil datasets. You will be responsible for sound and expert output to support our project and tender teams or work on one of our many R&D projects.
The engineering department in Breda consists of approximately 30 employees. You will work in an international team of 13 Hydraulic and Geotechnical engineers. As a geotechnical engineer you will support our commercial and project teams by providing, amongst other things, expert advice on cable protection strategies and cable route design. Together with the team, you will help our society transition to a sustainable future.
We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Technical Works Manager to optimize fleet intervention projects. In this role, you will ensure that schedules align with production priorities and are executed seamlessly. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess strong planning and leadership skills, we invite you to join our team and contribute to the efficiency and reliability of our operations.
Join our team as a Reliability Engineer and lead the proactive enhancement of our asset reliability. You'll play a pivotal role in developing, implementing and overseeing maintenance strategies throughout our FLEET of vessels. You use your analytical mindset to identify priorities and areas for improvement to boost asset availability and performance, while adhering to the fundamental principle of total cost of ownership.
