As a Cable Lay Superintendent, you will work on board of one of our offshore vessels and be responsible for the loading, transporting and installation of subsea cables. You will lead a team on board and will coordinate all necessary works and stakeholders to make sure cable is laid in the most safe and optimal way. As a works manager, you are responsible for the operational execution of the works on site. You can rely on a team of site superintendents and project engineers. You report directly to the project manager. You focus on the bigger scheme of things whereas the superintendents deal with day to day issues.
To ensure a smooth operational planning of our equipment for our projects, we are currently looking for a Deputy Dredging Assets Coordinator. You will be supporting projects with their need for dredging assets and follow up on the condition after the projects. Dredging assets consist of dredgepipes, cutter teeth and other auxiliary equipment. You will report to the Dredging Assets Team Coordinator.

As a Logistics Coordinator for mobilisations you are responsible for finding the best logistical solution to bring all required assets to our projects worldwide. Time and cost being the main drivers. You organize & follow up each mobilisation from A to Z, in all its aspects.
In an operational environment with an involvement in more and more complex contract structures, with high expectations from DEME’s worldwide clients and with increasing regulatory restrictions from authorities, DEME today is able to offer its worldwide clientele a total solution through a variety of innovative international contract forms (turn-key, Engineering-Procurement-Construction (EPC), Design-Build-Finance-Maintain (DBFM), Public-Private Partnership (PPP), Early Contractor Involvement (ECI), etc…) for complex dredging and marine engineering projects, in which contractual, financing and project insurance techniques go hand in hand.
You will be part of the DEME legal department, situated at DEME’s headquarters, with an extensive and complimentary team of in-house legal counsels, each of them covering and responsible for one or more geographical areas in the world, DEME business units and particular professional domains.
